194: Hipogo

Everything that has to do with water and its relation to man falls under the competence of this head; thus, for instance, swimming, diving, moving along the sur- face of waters in all kinds of vessels, beginning from the simplest raft up to the most up to date steamship. Hipogo is the inspirer of ship-building, including the construction of submarines and everything that moves on or in the water and is build by men. If the magician is interested, this head will allow him to look into the most distant future to see all technical inventions to come in respect of mankind moving along the water.
